What the official estimate includes
- Food, clothing and personal hygiene
- Household consumables and equipment
- Internet, mobile and media services
- Home insurance, household electricity, water and wastewater under stated assumptions
What it does not include
Large costs such as housing and transport are excluded. Healthcare, medicine, childcare, holidays, hotels, restaurant visits, education and gifts are also outside the standard estimate. Your personal budget must add them.
