    Important current limitations

From 1 June 2026, personal assistant work in occupation group 5343 and the specified forest berry-picking group cannot qualify for a work permit. Some listed occupations and applicant groups have salary-rule exemptions with their own minimum. Read the current official page instead of relying only on the headline threshold.

Job first, then the permit application

The employer starts its part after a qualifying offer. You check the information and complete your application. The Migration Agency decides the case. NextJobb can help find and prepare applications for current jobs but cannot assess or secure a permit.
